Account and data deletion
Request permanent deletion of your Brass Idols International account and the personal data associated with the Brass Idols International Android app and website. You can request deletion here without signing in or reinstalling the app.
How to request deletion
- Email info@brassidols.com with the subject Brass Idols International - account and data deletion request.
- Include your registered email address or mobile number so support can locate your account. You may include your name. Do not send your password, OTP, card details or identity documents in the initial email.
- Support will reply with the steps needed to verify account ownership, the expected completion date and any records that must be retained. Verification prevents someone else from deleting your account.
The button opens your email app; it does not submit a request automatically. You can also copy the address above and send the email yourself.
What your request covers
Your account profile and contact details, saved delivery addresses, saved cart and wishlist, sign-in access and account-linked preferences are included in an account deletion request. You can also ask for deletion of specific personal data without deleting your account; describe it in your email.
Once completed, account deletion is permanent and you will no longer be able to sign in to the deleted account.
Data that may need to be retained
Some order, invoice, payment, refund or dispute records may need to be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or other legal obligations. Support will identify any retained data, its reason and the applicable retention period in the response to your request. Retained records are restricted to those purposes.
If personal data is held by a delivery or payment service provider, support will explain the deletion request process for that provider. Backup copies follow the applicable backup retention schedule, which support will confirm.
When deletion happens
Deletion is processed after account ownership has been verified. Support will give you an expected completion date and confirm when the request is complete. If an open order, refund or legal obligation affects the timing or scope, support will explain what needs to be resolved and what can be deleted immediately.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. You do not need to place an order or make a payment to request deletion.
Questions or an update on a request? Email info@brassidols.com. See our Privacy Policy for more about how personal data is handled.
